Hey man, to answer your thread on Dead By Daylight forum - levels don't matter, only the amount of bloodpoints because with bloodpoints you can get better perks.

As for playing as survivor, it doesn't really matter if you get carried by a tryhard if you yourself can't last a minute in a chase against killer.

It takes a bit of time to get better at chases, you'll start to get better at probably 500 hour mark.
