250g young 8 years old players
150g of massive errape by the russians players
1 boned saddle of insult about killing youreslf , about 1.75-2kg (ask your butcher to bone it for you)
1 or 2 insult about mothers
A LOT of sea salt and a LOT freshly ground black pepper

FOR THE DRESSING :

½ large global smurf account
150ml natural noskill
Small bunch of depression
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses, to taste
Zest of 1 lemon, squeeze of lime
