Regarding Blender: Blender Guru is a good starting point, but can also recomend CG Fast Tracks sword tutorial if the donut isnt your forte. If youre comfortable with it and wanna dabble in tf2 related stuff, check this out https://youtu.be/FKK5JKNoD9E .
