Server choosing is like a brake? Is it so hard to call them "English 1", "Russian 1", etc... no take some funky words like Astoria, Fantasia, Libera, Solaris, Antila... why not straight call the continents Acirema, Eporue, Aisa?
The amount of Servers in this game is ridiculous!

Created 2nd Char on a new Server, because the other server felt deserted, to find out small things like collectables are not shared between Characters.

Played an "PvP" Event and i could not get HOW other players could run faster without the acquirable booster.
Well it's not like they run faster, more likely teleportet one cell further.

Nonetheless it's an awesome game in PvE, but i'm not into researching which server i have to play best, also this game P2W.

Conclusion:
Microtransactions Give "A Sense Of Pride And Accomplishment".

Early Access Review
Cons:
- Microtransaction
Gear, perma boosts, etc. locked behind paywall, anything with the pricetag of 100$ costs for japanese 650 Yen.

- Misleading Pictures and videos
Ingame does currently not excactly look the same

- Servers
There are multiple servers and when you change to a newly opened server, you get no vouchers to purchase stuff for free, if you spend money before.

- Gameplay
There is NONE, you have pretty much no controll, the only thing you are doing is micromanagement.
"We want to make an idle game that combines the best features of "Diablo 2": Doing only micromanagement!

Pros:

...Pros:

Your typical RPG cliche: Male with legit armor, Femal wearing as less as possible to be badass...

EDIT:

All-Time-Subscription: This is something amazing compared to all other games which offer 5-30 day subscription. But do you have to offer all subscriptions types?

Conclusion:
A game is an opportunity to focus our energy, with relentless optimism, at something we’re good at (or getting better at) and enjoy. In other words, gameplay is the direct emotional opposite of depression.

Ragnarok Online...

Why was Ragnarok Online interesting. Before the Eden Paradise Update, the Player was thrown into the world without a linear path to follow how to progress in the game. From Geffen, over Prontera, to Payon and last Morroc you had Maps with "Monsters" from Lvl 1 to XX look like they been randomly scattered. Which let the Player explore the world and gave diversity. Literally nothing was linear, this includes: Weapons, Classes, skills, quests, monster locations, .

I would still consider Ragnarok Online the real deal, compared to any other sequel of it.
This game has also an awesome OST, with songs like: "Believe in Myself" or "We have Lee but you don't have"

The Lost Memories

This game throws most of the original concept over board. It's linear like a narrow alley where you have to squeeze through. Beside the Storyline, the gameplay and linearity, all content from RO is re-used.

PvE for Singleplayer is pretty good, although it's the overused typical RPG part where you enter the battles in a group of 4 people and if they lose you can't save the round with a reserve group. The usage of Cards is unique compared to original RO and kinda cool.

PvP the part where players should shine through their skills and knowledge of the game... where to begin? The part of the game which is imba, broken and unfair especially towards F2P-Player, short: P2W. It goes hand in hand with PvE, anything accomplished in PvE through P2P, you can take to PvP: Level, Cards, Character Ranks, Character Potential, Weapons. If the game launched like 4-5 days ago and you already have Level 50+ Players(Lvl 60-70 is Cap), this is kinda outrageous for F2P-Players.

In Conclusion : For newcomer to the franchise it's a good introduction into the Ragnarok Online unvierse and gives an inspirating expirience of content. But for veterans, despite the unique gameplay for a Ragnarok game, it might get a quick expirience, since (in my opinion) the original RO still exceeds.

Layers of Fear... more like 100 layers of ♥♥♥
on Trisha Paytas face. Play as a mad painter who tries to drew the perfect art picture.
Going through some psychodelic phases, hallucinating how bugs crawling through his skin, his wife and daughter haunting him from the spectral side.
What you have to do; "walk" through rooms and corridors and find the ingredients to use for your paint.
Pros:
  • Not only Jumpscares
Shapeshifting rooms, moving object, pictures appearing and looking at you, grotesque and pulsating pictures.
    ]
Cons:
  • Kinda relies to much on phobias and addiction issues
There are a lot of rats ingame, the artist fears them and likes to get alcohol poisoning
  • Linear world
with a wall following right behind you to block you from going back
Verdict:
Pretty good P.T. like game from an indie dev, tho outdated. Still it brought nothing really new to the horror genre, but used most of it in a clever way.
By now better option would be the sequel, but you are free to get this one if you want.

8/10

Apsulov: End of Gods from the maker of Unforgivin: A Northern Hymn
Horror game ala SOMA and Alien Isolation, in nordic mythology style.
    Cons:
  • Sneaking like an elephant with 4 left legs
If you crouch around the footsteps sound like dropping hammer to the ground
  • Lack of enemies to set the atmosphere
There were way more Trolls in Unforgiving, like sitting behind bars or inside cages, just for the mood.
  • Pretty linear world
Unforgiving had this big feeling forest and mine, and the town was big open place to explore. In Apsulov you have that one really big room and the rest is like going trough pipes.
  • Alot of loading screens
Airlocks, Elevators, changing wings... although miutes long loading sections, the game is still beatable in 2 hours and below.
Pros:
  • For me it combines pretty much evrything i like
    Sneaking, norse mythology, horror, cyberpunk
  • Amazing looking "worlds"
Although not much to see from the 9 worlds, it still gives a decent insight.
Informativ:
  • Not to long but neither to short
First playthrough can take up to 10-15 hours to enjoy the look of evrything. But they kept it real and you can speedrun the game in under 2 hours.
  • Focused on only 1 god
It mainly about Loki the god of mischief
Verdict:
Loved it and enjoyed evry moment, can't wait for the sequel(?)

After playing the sequel to SAO Re:Hollow Fragment, Lost Song. Seeing Kirito just expanding his harem, go me to rate this game with a "meh".

Later during sleeping time, a rat climbed up two stories and through the window into my room. Crawling over me, woke me up, to see a rat wearing the Blackwyrm Cloat,

I thought "Oh heck Kirito about to beat me up"...

But no, by catching the rat it came out it was not Kirito, the rat actually defeated him and looted his non OP equipment.

Back to the game, while i really enjoy the idea of SAO, ALO and GGO. This game feels more focused on that Kirito which is like an extraordinary player, for which any female falls. Kirito. Kirito! Kirito?

Game is for really Hardcore Fans of that Anime or weebs.

A bastion or bulwark is a structure projecting outward from the curtain wall of a fortification, most commonly angular in shape and positioned at the corners of the fort. The fully developed bastion consists of two faces and two flanks, with fire from the flanks being able to protect the curtain wall and the adjacent bastions.[1] Compared with the medieval fortifications they replaced, bastion fortifications offered a greater degree of passive resistance and more scope for ranged defense in the age of gunpowder artillery. As military architecture, the bastion is one element in the style of fortification dominant from the mid 16th to mid 19th centuries.
