i discovered this game through word of mouth yesterday, and i spent 10 hours on a voice call with my friend exclusively playing this. it's pretty fun i guess idk tho

To say I love Hollow Knight would be an understatement. Hollow Knight amazingly transports the player into the world of Hallownest via world building, moderate to hard game-play and absolutely stunning environments with a banger soundtrack to boot! No matter how you play this game, it's a blast. I just finished my third replay (on steelsoul), and I still haven't even done all the pantheons yet!

My only criticism would be that there isn't a bunch of replay value, once you've beaten the pantheons, steel-soul and the void-heart / 112% ending you've basically seen all there is, and the game can rely heavily on outside modifications (and speed-running) to improve that experience, but even then they don't add much, only making the game a bit harder or adding more settings for example.

And while it will sadden me a bit to wait for Silksong once I'm done, I can't at all say that my 15 bucks had gone to waste at all.

Very fun and easy to get into, One of the best free games, I wouldve paid like 10 dollars for this. Highly recomend

you shouldn't buy this game with the mindset that its going to get updates, but yeah it's pretty fun if you are calm and don't really rage. once you are able to beat an easy demon such as speedracer, it might all of a sudden click and you'll start rapidly improving and actually not even have to control your temper at all.

basically, this game is fun if you have beaten a demon or two, however getting into it is incredibly hard, and requires you not to rage.
