I remember playing the original BioShock on the Xbox but I enjoyed the game so much I felt like recommending it on steam. Not only is the plot and premise so unique and well executed that it makes it a classic to this day but the gameplay, enemies, and the introduction of new powers makes the atmosphere even better. This game does a really good job of making you feel like you have made progress whether it be being able to absolutely topple an enemy you may have had trouble with in the past or even just progression throughout the story. I definitely recommend playing this game on hard as it makes the tension even higher and truly makes you feel a satisfaction when you make any sort of progress. Overall this game is a must have!

DMC 5 is a fantastic addition to the DMC franchise not only with improved gameplay but a ton of new moves and tools at your disposal especially with Dante and his silly hat. It was a very interesting concept splitting gameplay between 3 different characters following 3 different paths which eventually all converge. The story itself was great and I really enjoyed the concept as a whole. Like other DMC games its a hack and slash being very move dependent the controls are tight and stringing different combos together is extremely satisfying. Not only is the game pretty but it's ost is also quite good, the only thing that was odd for me was how slow V felt compared to other characters other than that this game was amazing.

MGR was some of the most fun I've had in the hack and slash genre. Everything about this game is just so extreme and over the top in the best way possible, I mean just take a look at Raiden and the tutorial boss being a metal gear ray. The story was fantastic as silly as it was, and each of the characters were memorable and had plenty of different perspectives they share with you throughout the story. The controls are pretty tight which is always a must have in these types of games and the music is fantastic. Each of the songs has a real meaning in the lyrics and isn't just a sort of background noise. I really can't think of anything that would make this game better besides if they released a second one (99.99999%) sure this won't happen but we can dream. Overall this game is a must have and don't forget the konami code :)

This game is definitely very fun I've always enjoyed these types of fast paced speedrunner games. The art style, story, and setting are all fantastic and the gameplay is super smooth. I honestly feel like this is a pretty underrated game given how much fun I got out of it. Although there is definitely a visible difficulty spike when playing the harder versions of previous levels so get ready to be a bit frustrated but all in all a very great experience.

Definitely my favorite farcry of the franchise not only do we have character development in the protagonist but an excellent story to go along with it. The gameplay is fun besides when the glider decides it doesn't want to work anymore and just drops you, and basically taking a coin-flip each time you use the flare gun. But other than a few glitches this is an excellent game especially since no more malaria pills. One thing I did wish to see from the game was more vaas as imo hes the most interesting and by far coolest far cry villain.

This is a fresh take on a bullet hell (mainly being rhythm based) which I love as I'm in love with these two game genres. They did a really good job on combining the rhythm aspect and the challenge of a regular bullet hell without making it impossible to beat. I LOVED the new hardcore update as it made the game feel very refreshed and helped revive the online community, and pushed all veteran players to come back and test their skills once again. Its really fun to play with friends and the whole multiplayer aspect is very well done. This game has so much potential to become even better with implementation of new dev songs and many asking to add community made levels. Overall I highly recommend this game if you are looking to get into bullet hells or love rhythm games, and the price is a bargain for how much fun you will have!

This was one of my favorite games/franchises as a kid so I decided to do a bit of a revisit. Syndicate was always near and dear to my heart despite the hate it got, but even playing it now I still love it. I'll admit SOMETIMES the controls are kinda wack... and SOMETIMES there are bugs that just screw up an entire mission. BUT I still thought it was a great game between the story and the setting. The games setting of the industrial revolution really does it justice and really makes you feel like you are in the history books or rewriting the history books. Overall even though its an older ac its still one of my favorites and if you've never played one this ones nice to start out with.

I really enjoyed this game not only for the fun mechanics and story but I also enjoyed the unique art style that was used. This game really did let the player decide how they wanted to play which I loved rather than an fps forcing a run and gun or stealth games kind of locking you into playing that way the choice is yours. You can play loud with guns blazing or try to sneak around and using the powers for more tactical reasons. The story can also change depending on the way you played which I loved as it gives it more replay value. Overall I definitely recommend this game.
