I've got around 900 hrs on this game. I've played it in hopes for it to get better, i hoped it will progress into a good stable game with some bugs (which are expected in a game of this caliber), i hoped they will put a lot of effort and money they built up by now to get better servers, to optimize the game, to add more interesting content.

Oh boy was I disappointed. It is still popular, it still has its audience, new map is coming out (took their sweet time), weekend events are there (not regular but yeah, can you expect more from Bluehole... nah)

Gameplay is immersive, adrenaline pumped and really fun. On the other hand it can be really frustrating to die thanks to server issues, desync etc. To play this game you have to be patient and a bit of a masochist.. but kills, and wins do feel really good. I like the focus on reality in this game (only thing i play this game for, and also the fact that all other BRs are just ♥♥♥♥); like bulletdrops (which i know theyre not near to real but theyre trying to balance it somehow), movement momentum (you cant stop immedietly when you release the button which is great) and different damage you do to different parts of opponents body (which is great, in theory.. but here it causes so many issues its infuriating!).

Graphics are decent, sound is alright but it could be better. Story.. hmm do you really need a story in a Battle Royale game .. i dont think so. Community .. like every other, there are decent normal people, you can find friends among them, and also there are idiots, hackers and people who try to intentionally ruin your experience (luckily i dont end up with many of these). Everyone is trying to get better at this game but, tbh aside from skill you just have to be lucky, and when i say lucky i really mean it.

I could go on and on and on about my experiences, about smaller and greater issues that made me angry (tho i never raged in this game) but that would just be to much to write. Ill just keep playing this game (not as frequently as before) and hope it become better, right until a game similar to PUBG gets out. And when i say similar i really mean it, i want that "reality" i want the same thrill, same "git good" feeling, but i want it in a better optimized game. Im not even asking for better graphics i just want it to work as INTENDED. And there are couple of games coming out that caught my interest, and when that moment comes it will be: Farewell PUBG, at least until you get your ♥♥♥♥ together.

I would recommend it, i did enjoy it, but i dont want you to waste 30$ (or 20$ on sale) for few hours of frustration.

I recieved this game as a part of bundle. And I can honestly say it is a really good game. Interesting and mysterious story, fun game mechanics, FLYING, crazy characters and one mute owlboy. I dont usually play much 2D adventure games, but this game made me consider spending some more time on 2D games.
