I would just like to say, you are correct. Not very many toxic players. However, there are quite a few who either dont know what they're doing and actively make things harder (they need to play solo for awhile to get the basics, don't just hop into public lobbies when you're fresh), or those who expect others to play a VERY specific way and get mad when you don't. The latter know who they are.
