Rock and stone!

It's refreshing that this game has streamlined many things that are frustrating about previous open world survival games like;
Hot dropping items into storage and
Building and crafting using resources from nearby storage

Very cool.

But they need to allow us PC players to use scroll wheel for the hotbar. Incredibly stupid.

I love this game...

Some things to know about Dead by Daylight:
- It isn't a horror game, it's 4 players vs a single player. Once you figure the game out it feels more like
one of those 1v3 mario party games, sorta?
- Each side have their own objectives which give points. Everyone's goal is to get points to level up.
- If you play this game solo as survivor, it will be harder to escape trials and if you use discord to find a squad to talk with, things become much easier (I still don't know if the devs have accounted for players using voice or not)
- ESCAPING TRIALS AS SURVIVOR IS NOT THE WIN CON. Yes it feels good and you usually get more points but you can still "win" even if you die.
- If you ever get sick of playing one side, either survivor or killer; you can always start playing the other side instead. The gameplay is different and what you know about playing one side helps you play the other better.

Overall, this game is awesome. I will say that it has a relatively low skill ceiling i.e. it is not particularly difficult to get to high ranks and players at the highest rank can still vary a lot in skill level. But I challenge you to buy this game and get to Rank 1! It's worth the price!

Probably would be good if you could find a game. The player base is too small for it to be worth anything.
