Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by "حسن سید," the "Tenant," and "Grant Vincent," the "Landlord."

Property. The Tenant shall rent from the Landlord the property located at 11317 Meridian Way, Riverside, CA 92505, together with all furnishings and appliances currently located at the property (the "Property").

Term. The term of this Agreement shall be one month, beginning on the 1st day of each month and ending on the last day of each month.

Rent. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the sum of $2500 USD per month as rent for the Property. The rent shall be due and payable on the 1st day of each month.

Utilities. The Tenant shall be responsible for paying all utilities for the Property, including electricity, gas, water, and any other utilities used during the term of this Agreement.

Repairs and Maintenance. The Landlord shall be responsible for all repairs and maintenance to the Property. The Tenant shall promptly report any needed repairs to the Landlord.
