At first when i couldn't get my hands on this game, i was like: "Why are people so hyped about this game? It is just a console game and they are probably over exaggerating it.".....
Nah man THIS IS LITERALLY A MASTERPIECE
STORY TELLING 10/10
COMBAT 10/10
COMBAT VARIETY 10/10
Although the game definitely needs more enemy variety, it is still one of the best games i have experienced so far. Simply a unique and a phenomenal experience.

After having finished Elden Ring three times, including the DLC, i can safely say that it was probably one of the two most thrilling, action-packed and beautiful games i have seen.

Elden Ring is a vast open-world game with Souls-sauce in it. It can be mistaken as just another Souls-game, but it HAS its differences. The game has over 100 different Ash of War's (some kind of magic that you can use to amplify your weapons damage, while granting a special skill to be used), over 80 completely different weapons with their own move and skillset, over 500 armor pieces, talismans, incantations and spells. This of course enables you to make unique builds that are fully based upon your playstyle, which gives endless ways to play the game.

Not only does this masterpiece have a lot of equipment, it has, i think, the greatest bosses i have ever seen in my entire life, with them being over 50 completely different bosses. Godfrey, The First Elden Lord was my favourite boss to fight against. The elegance, his moveset, his special moves were breath-taking. It was such a rythmic fight that i felt like i was playing chess with the him.

I also loved how they arranged going to Limgrave (starting area of the game) after having the endgame strength. You ACTUALLY feel like strong, because now you can literally turn enemies in the dust, while not being able to hold a candle against them in the beginning. This gives you the feeling of having accomplished something and your efforts finally bearing fruit. You feel like all that trying to read the bosses move pattern, sweat and blood you went through, was actually worth it to the end.

To sum it all up, i would like to thank From Software for this incredible journey. I can't wait to play their next Soulsborn-title.

(P.S. Elden Ring was my first Soulsborn-game)
