100% of the reviews here so far complained about the decision of locking NG+ into DLC is terrible, and they are right. Let's pretend that it isn't a problem and review this fair and square on its own merits:

1. New Game+ is pretty bad.
- You have to unlock mechanics again if they were locked behind story progression. So no jobs, no ultimate tag team and such until you get it in the story and you have to redo substories for the segway back.
- Bond ability is still locked behind drink links. This shouldn't be a problem with bond levels also carrying over but some links are locked behind story progression (namely, Nanba and Chitose) so those characters are just gimped.
- Sometimes a party member will join your party without letting you change their setup first, and the game won't automatically equip the best items you have on them and instead uses the default equipment. This is real bad if you play on higher difficulties since your new teammate is using level 20 gear against a level 75+ enemy, so they hit like wet paper and get slapped like flies.
- The flashy mid-fight QTEs' damage in some boss fights is not readjusted for higher difficulty levels, so they only deal like 1% of the boss's HP instead of 10-15% in the default difficulty.
- Wearing costumes out of battle is locked in Premium Adventure again for some reason.

2. Big Swell is... okay.
- The new dungeon is good if you really like the combat. It's also the best grinding spot in the game.
- The bosses are just reskinned bosses from the main game made harder.
- Getting to have what is essentially a beach episode of the whole gang together was fun, but most of the post-sector episodes dumb down characters too much so it isn't as funny as the base game's walk & talk/party chats/table talks.

3. Dondoko/Sujimon
- Sujimon is pretty easy already, also as advertised you can't use them with Sujimancer or on Dondoko. Rerolling the gacha until you get the good ones is free if you really insist on starting with a broken team.
- Unlike the other management minigames in the series, you still need to put effort into your resort since the DLC characters are just island guests instead of being helpers, and you have to please them by fulfilling the conditions just like any other guests. I guess they can bring more money with them so you get a better payout per day, but grinding Hawaiian Haunts/Yokohama Underground gives you a ton of money and is more fun than the island in my opinion.

The rest of the pack is just vanity stuff and doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, so I won't write about them.

TL;DR: Not worth unless you are really, REALLY into the gameplay or whatever that is included in the pack.
