As this profile has nothing interesting I will teach you how to make churros:
Ingredients:
200g unleavened wheat flour
250 ml of water
50g butter
1 lemon zest
Salt q.s.
3 eggs
Frying oil
Sprinkling sugar
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation:
1. In a pan, bring the water to the fire.
Season with a few pebbles of salt.
Add the lemon peel and butter.
Let it boil.
2. As soon as it starts to boil, remove the lemon peel and add the flour.
Stir until it detaches from the pan.
Put the dough in a bowl and let it cool a little.
