CPUCores started working after a long 'busy' time.

I'd recommend following it with a service like ITAD > https://isthereanydeal.com/game/cpucores-maximize-your-fps/history/
And waiting for 75% off sale. But YMMV, it's not working for me (busy pointer/frozen) on win7 right now but maybe wiping it's data would fix that and maybe having ~1000 games installed on multiple partitiions is too much for it!
