Simple game but more depth than you'd think. Fun & somewhat challenging.

recently had a traumatic experience (slept with someone i shouldn't but it wasn't my fault) and as a result i (24m) was grounded. so i bought this game and has very much helped me though my time locked in my room. the only downside there is next to no dialogue which is okay but i can't talk to my family right now especially not my step mom but otherwise an outstanding game with a compelling yet confusing storyline. I regret with everything i have the choices I've made but this game has helped me process and move forward. also my first soulslike game just FYI to help you understand where i'm coming from

First COD I've played since black ops 2. The menu system is dogass and there is no 'map vote' feature, but it's pretty fun gameplay

Fun game, especially with friends. It's got less at stake than tarkov, so you're not banging your head against your desk, but enough at stake to where you don't want to die. Also adds an entire PvE element, which is easy to handle but can kill you if you're careless. No pay to win aspect, as I believe all purchases are purely cosmetic. Still gets updates and has a very healthy player base as of the time of writing. I don't have any quantifiable rating but I will confidently recommend to anyone reading this. I think you can get it around $20, which is definitely worth it.

Update at 115 hours: This game has really solidified itself as one that my friends and I consistently go back to. We're not playing it 24/7, but it's always a good option. I highly recommend.

For the first time in a while, playing this game on the medium difficulty with no experience was actually very challenging (I had to restart a couple times until I got the hang of the game).

Be ready for a difficult game that lets you get confident until it punishes you for a simple mistake by killing your favorite brother. If you like challenging, turned based, squad-building games, then you'll enjoy this.

In my opinion, It is almost like a mix of M&B Warband, XCOM, and ...chess? It works really well though! I'm loving this game.

edit at 266 hours: this is the first and only game that i'm trying to get all the achievements for. If you're into this genre of game, then Battle Brothers is the perfect example...not to mention another free DLC recently came out

Great game to grab on sale and loads of fun with friends.

I honestly cannot recommend this game. But, I gave it the "thumbs up" because I feel bad for putting a "thumbs down" on a meme game. You just walk around and look for little lewd pictures. The shooting is pretty good though, not gonna lie. The axe is satisfying.

Literally one of the best and most challenging games I have ever played. Prepare to die several times. But, you can do anything! 10/10

Every match is different. Amazing tactical shooter. Frustrating and fun. Highly recommend.

I have yet to find any problems with this DLC as described in many of the negative reviews. Its fantastic.

In my opinion, this is just M&B Warband in a new setting, with a few new features. Nothing ground-breaking or truly game-changing, but all fun additions (like buying ships and sailing) .

If you liked Warband then you would like this one as well. I highly recommend.
