From the bottom of the chasm, where the decaying remains live, I travel, looking for a better life. The climate is unforgiving and the consequences are grim, but venturing out is necessary, for progress. What progress? No-one knows, only those who made it to the other side know. Most hikers make it out alive without losing a foot or two, but some face horrible encounters, leaving them scarred for life, or two. The path may look safe, but the mind is full of dangers.
