Saints Row The Third?

♥♥♥♥ dont remind me of my pre-teen years. I played this game roughly when it came out on my PS3. And i played the ♥♥♥♥ out of it, i dont think i ever truly 100% it. Im pretty sure i just got bored most of the time and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with cheats and max wanted levels seeing how fun it was. Kinda like a sandbox.

Im getting nostalgic. Back on topic now.

Saints Row The Third is a grime based open world shooter. set in the saints row series where the gang (The 3rd Street Saints) Goes celebraty famous and starts corpratising off of the "gangster" lifestyle. its a oodly whacky and a bit out there sequel to a pretty serious and gritty series of games. but i think from a gaming and develepmont POV i can say im, glad the volition shook it up a little bit! maybe we might get a remake of the older games huh?

Oh right. They closed there doors for good...

I have played this game on PSVR for something around 3000~5000 hours, i cant keep track cause there inst a way to on PS4, However, i can safely say that most of the community is 9-20 year old who suffer from severe social anxiety and knowing that its a game take advantage of that by making it an absolute battleground of toxicity over the dumbest thing and paedophilia with the so called "rec room clans" that are worse the Garrys mod 1943RP!!

Half of the community will try to take advantage of you if they can, asking for something thats at a stupidly marked up price in order to make there income. I understand why. its a free game and you have to make money SOMEWHERE with it and with my next point coming up you can see why they may need to make it as quick as possible. Or the community will just try to either Dox you or just use a hacking software to do whatever they please. (Yes that has been a problem but im still unsure if it has been truly fixed, or if these hackers have just gotten bored.)

Most of the dev team are more worried about lining there pockets with the credit cards of unknowing mothers then about bug fixing or adding what the community want to see, i will admit the good thing that they allow is that if your room earns you tokens (the in game currency) you can cash them out for real money, and im talking up to hundreds if not thousands! But yet again the only people who benefit are the ones who know how to cheat and break that system altogether. since some of the richest players are just banking off of 10 year old kids who are buying something in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ made PVP map with 4.2 million visits.

Dont get me wrong, it was a great game. a lot of emphasis on the word WAS since its only going downhill and just taking the metaverse approach to making there game grow, which i would say is slowly killing it but ive been saying that since 2019. kinda like a cockroach that just wont die if im honest. Because of all this its losing the charm that made rec room, well rec room.

This mod, honestly feels like playing as a Serbian guerrilla fighter for like 2 hours then CIA plant for the last 2.
