THE FINALS is an absolute blast and is one of the most underrated games on Steam.

I have played in multiple closed tests before the game's release and with the launch of season 4, I think the game is in the best state it has ever been. It is among my favorite FPS games that I have played and it deserves your attention. The game features level destruction that can only similarly be found in the Battlefield games, but this one is free, and better. It has 3 classes to choose from; light, medium, and heavy, each equipped with their own set of weapons and equipment to shake up the arena in unique ways. It has a real progression system featuring free cosmetics and earnable currency you can use to unlock actual weapons and gear. Season 4 brought with it a new system where you can sign with one of the in-game sponsors and gain fans to earn more free cosmetics featuring branding from the sponsor of your choosing. The sandbox is dynamic and chaotic, with your own creativity being the skill ceiling. You'd be surprised with what plays you can actually pull off in this game. The level of skill expression is unparalleled. The maps can vary with different modifiers and game show events that make the matches very frantic and unpredictable. The game also features a variety of game modes from the competitive nature of the world tour playlist and ranked cashout tournaments, to more quickplay/casual modes like quick cash and power shift, a 5v5 Overwatch Push style mode. To put it simply, it is just a really fun videogame, and offers a solid amount of content while being free to play. The game also has a seasonal battle pass and a rotating shop that offers really cool cosmetics and provides no gameplay advantage.

I love The Finals, and I hope you will too :)

4,000 hours later, i decided to finally say my peace on Destiny 2.

As someone who loves Bungie's halo games and has stuck with the Destiny series since the D1 beta, Destiny 2 has been an actual roller coaster of commitment. It can be the best experience you've received in gaming, or feel like a collossal waste of time. The management of this current day Bungie is killing any remaining amount of hope I have for Destiny's future. I genuinely wish I could give a mixed rating for Destiny 2. I don't want to downvote it because i don't actually think the game is utter garbage, it's quite good in how it feels to shoot the guns in this game, use abilities, and experiment with the deep buildcrafting system the game has to offer. The storytelling(for the most part) is captivating and interesting, and endgame activities like raids and dungeons are experiences worth sharing with friends. But on the other end, the corpa end, lies the games flaws. The monetization has gotten extremely out of hand. While the game is free to play(closer to a free trial), you must buy expansions and episodes to acquire more content to play. The game also has dungeon keys, event passes, and a whole heap of store items that can be bought individually. It is disgusting how far this has gone and it's increasingly hard to convince any friends that the game isn't horrible every time Bungie adds to the overwhelmingly negative stigma surrounding the game's media 24/7. The community has also taken a pretty hefty nose dive from everything that has happened and you can't really blame them, some of these people play destiny 10 hours a day so at least you're doing better than them. While the most recent expansion, The Final Shape, was a great conclusion to the saga and a well received product, the content that followed the expansion is so middling, it isn't worth sticking around until another big hit comes along. I'm just tired, of all of it. The poor business decisions, the monetization, the aura of negativity, it just can't be healthy to stay in this space as long as some people do. I can ONLY recommend this game if you are going in with a group of friends and if you're able to snag some expansions on discount. I recommend you just focus on having fun with your friends in a bubble, ignore anyone telling you what you should be using or how you should be playing. Play through the stories, get loot, buildcraft, play through raids and dungeons together. Don't buy event passes or eververse items. Don't take the pvp seriously.

Just try to enjoy the ride and don't get burned.

MCC is a great way to play all the old Bungie Halo games, with Reach being my personal favorite as I always end up returning to it. But you can skip right past Halo 4 to avoid wasting your time.

Helldivers 2 is a return to form, that was designed at its core to be fun, and doesn't wring your wallet for all of your cash. One to be enjoyed with friends for hours on end, and no longer ruined by Sony's poor business decisions. One of my favorite things to come out in a long time, and my personal Game of the Year. Please show your support for more fun, time respecting, consumer friendly games like this by purchasing Helldivers 2 and show the game industry what we actually want as consumers.

I have a love and (mostly)hate relationship with this game. These reviews are almost always based off of the writer's own experiences, so I will provide my own as well. I have played this game since its release into early access, despite what the review time says. I've played this game off the Microsoft Store and on the Xbox One. Even now, in 2022, Ark is still an incomplete game, it is still riddled with bugs, and game breaking glitches. If you think other games have spaghetti code, Ark may very well have invented that phrase. My own experiences in this game were more bad than good. I can say that at least 60 or 70% of my time spent in this game was not pleasant. Playing a game as unstable as this one can't be good for anybody. I could never ever recommend the singleplayer option in this game. If you play with friends, yes you are going to have a better time, but that can be said for literally ANY other game. I knew from the start this game would take way longer to fix. Adding DLC to an early access product is a red flag. Now they are making a sequel, most likely because they see this one as unsalvageable. It isn't like I hated this game from the start, I had fun with it. Playing with my friends on different servers, building bases, making alliances, taming dinosaurs, getting into tribe wars, fighting the bosses. I have memories of this game, memories I may not forget, but with those memories comes the game attached to them. When I think about things I've done in this game, they get overshadowed by the horrible performance, stability, and buggy mess that the game still is 7 years later. It makes me sad to know that this game may never actually get the fixes it deserves, because I really thought there was potential here. Now with a sequel, I feel it will never reach that point because they will probably start from scratch and add new ideas, or even just reuse resources from the original game. I am frustrated with this development studio because I loved this game at a time, but that time has passed a while ago. I wish it the best but I don't have the confidence in it anymore. GG Wildcard.

This game is wonderful. It has such a simple style, but I feel that it adds charm. It is very relaxing to just work on your kingdom, raise some walls, build more homesteads, as your village slowly grows and expands into a kingdom. The dragon attacks and viking raids vary it up with some excitement, putting your kingdom and townspeople in danger. Now with newly added AI kingdoms that spice up gameplay further, being able to ally or war with them is a great addition to the game. With more updates the community asked for, this game is even more of a joy. For what it's worth, this is a great city builder and I can see a lot of people getting addicted to playing it, as I have.

Monster Hunter World is Amazing.

This is one of the greatest games I have experienced both solo and cooperatively. It may feel daunting or complex in the beginning, but I ask that you please stick with it. You deserve the experience this game offers. Please go play it.
