Promotion Quest: To become worthy of the position of Captain, you must dominate one of the Suijin Tryhard Scouts as Spy, then and only then, will you be truly worthy of such a title, unlike those who only succeed against sub 40 health targets or oblivious Snipers. Also it must be one of the Scouts who sweat 24/7 there, not just any casual or fresh install will do.
