This game is fun with friends or even randoms. Need a mic. Ironically i dont have one, but my friends and I just did a discord call.

There are many reviews on here giving this title a thumbs down, I understand why, it is because this game is heavily monetized with in game purchases. If you do not spend any money on the game you can still unlock all of the cool stuff you can pay for, it just takes time, as far as i know. Within 1 hour of playing i received a free tier 3 carrier ship that has gotten me over 12 million in credits and has helped me get enough xp to get a tier 5 ship. I don't get to game much and when I do its usually with friends, I play this when its the off chance that I am playing games by myself and I must say, overall I enjoy the game when I play, even when I die I find myself having fun still while watching the match play out. Combat is a bit slow paced but im in my 30's so I don't mind, also I have always been attracted to naval warfare. Sit back, be the captain that you are, and blow some ships up, also i'll add that there is a lot of historical information in this game which makes it 5 stars in my book. 20 hours in and I almost feel borderline addicted to the game, but again I want to emphasis on DO NOT SPEND ANY REAL LIFE MONEY ON THE GAME and you will have a good time, however if you have the money and you want to by all means go ahead and buy what you want im sure you will still enjoy the game, but most negative reviews are just people that spent real money on the game and were displeased with what they received.

If you like war games you will like this one.

This game is fun and you can have a great time in this game. That being said its not for everyone and definitely not for me.

Been playing Monster Hunter for a long time (since ps2 and psp). Played and beat Monster hunter freedom, Monster Hunter freedom 2, Monster hunter freedom unite. Beat Monster Hunter World + Iceborne on Xbox. Now im playing it and gonna beat it again on pc. Still have to beat Fatalis and Astereon though. Such a great game im about to spend another 200 hours plus playing it again is what im saying.

As a kid I was a huge fan of the Dynasty warriors game series. Getting older i fell in love with the total war games, this game took both of those things i love and made them into one game. Its a huge learning curb compared to other total war titles but overall 10/10 i will play again!
