if you get battleeye kick everytime than just wait till next restart. to avoid this, if your arma freeze or you get kicked. wait 1 min with rejoining... than you are sure that your battleeye connection (steamid / GUI) is disconnected from there server.. and you wont get this kick. arma bassicly loads and connect on startup this is why its messed up until next restart
