Yall, why the hell does this game have a worse economy than the US under Biden???

I put 6200 nails on the floor in my friends server. 10/10 would crash again.

Jesus Christ this game is a ♥♥♥♥ show of terrible design. Please know that i meet recommended requirements in all areas except for the graphics card and im able to pull 50-60 frames on some maps. The keyword there is some as over half of the time ive spent playing has been a buggy mess of garbage. The game refuses to use over 10% of my gpu while maxing my cpu at all times. Why? who the ♥♥♥♥ knows because i sure as hell don't. If you happen to have no experience with the battlefield franchise then sure give it a shot, if you have a nasa supercomputer. this unoptimised dumpster fire struggles to break 60 on much much more powerful systems than mine and that really says something. dont even get me started on all of the missing features. you cant switch squads, you cant switch teams, there is no real scoreboard, and much much more. if you want a full list, check the games subreddit. The maps are waaaay too big to be enjoyable since half of the game is spent walking if you cant call a vehicle. oh did i mention that theres no server browser? yup, you heard me, there is no server browser and no public hosting. Battlefield 4 had more content than this game and its only downfall compared to this game is the graphics. one of 2042's only redeeming qualities to me is its graphics. thats it. nothing else is good. its just a striped down husk of what this franchise once was. hopefully dice will fix it but they would need to fix major issues at this games core. i simply can not recommend this game in this state. if you want to play battlefield, then go buy battlefield 4.

guns + VR = greatest game of all time

Ive played the game since about a year or two ago and it is honestly the greatest game ive played and you can still have fun even if you dont have anyone else to play with. it may be $30 but the game is worth the price.


edit: 40 hours in and I can still confirm that the game is fun.
