Meansss enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Sometimes Meansss needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting. Prioritizes and sequences own tasks and those of other people in the team. Makes sure that the priority tasks are always completed on time.
