Always assured and confident in demeanour and presentation of ideas without being aggressively over-confident. Stays cool in an emergency, but needs help from others to take the right action quickly. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. They will only grudgingly perform tasks that are outside the job description or which require extra work. However, these additional tasks are usually carried out successfully.
