Why play cs with no microphone??

I was spectating my friends, and i noticed they get very annoyed by a teammate.
At first i didn't believe it, but i stated an investigation.

What came out was, you were acting like a silver player , no gamesense , no teamplay.

maybe you can fix these personal issues, so other people dont have to get very angry with you.
