Always succeeds in explaining ideas clearly. Others find Alimiya easy to understand. They also has the ability to listen carefully to what others are saying, to understand and then to respond appropriately. Conversations with Alimiya are two-way. Alimiya copes with short periods of pressure, but the quality of work and level of enthusiasm begin to decline if the pressure continues for a longer period. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Alimiya sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline.
