While Man the Guns is a really well made DLC, I have to say that Paradox was a bit overambitious in the wrong areas. Because of my job i only have the chance to play HoI4 on weekends. Having to spend time to understand and get into this whole new naval combat mechanic during the time i would like to use to play the actual game is quite frustrating. Also, having to spend more than an hour as a big naval power just to set up a game is not really enjoyable. Therefore i think a few more in-depth focus trees would have been much better, plus maybe a minor naval rework.
