Guys i got permanently banned "it says due to usage of third party program" BUT I NEVER DONE THOSE THINGS WHAT SHOULD I DO, I just bought a new laptop and i really wanna play this game after a year not playing this game

am I the only one who cant ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ launch this game after the latest update? after I pressed "play" on the launcher it just wont launch
