While I think the story and vibe of the game are cute and the movement is pretty fun at times (I can see this as a fun game for speedrunners), this is too repetitive for my taste.

The formula of curing various animals never really changes throughout the entire game and the environments aren't particularly interesting either. The music also does not sit right with me either and the requirement of having every single upgrade unlocked to reach the final boss feels like a bit too much. There are several other games in the collect-a-thon genre that vary gameplay way more. If this game had more platforming challenges with more mechanics this game would be much more interesting. The web swinging mechanic is a good start but aside from that there isn't any other unique mechanics that make the game stand out from others of its kind.

I do think this game does have some good aspects and ones that I think could appeal to speedrunners but if you're a casual player and you're not a fan of repetitive gameplay I can't recommend this game to you. There are plenty of other Collect-a-thon games I'd recommend that are far superior to this one.

I can see what the devs were going for with this game and the aesthetic looks solid but the combination of gameplay and level design is not enjoyable. There are a few levels that do clever things but a large chunk of levels are either too easy or require precise timing that has you wondering what was intended. Most of the game is just picking up and placing down apples which after a while gets very repetitive. The devs do try and change it up with the fish later on but the fish is very difficult and a tad bit irritating to place back down in comparison to the apples. Overall, while I can see what is trying to be done, I don't find this to be fun and it feels like a chore to play through for the most part.

If you enjoy Untitled Goose Game, A Short Hike, or Stray, you'll get plenty of enjoyment from this game. The art style is cute, the music is nice, and the game in general is very relaxing. The controls are solid as well, though I think the general movement isn't as clean as that of Stray. There were moments where I'd sometimes get stuck in certain areas for about ten seconds before I was able to get moving again. This occurrence, however, was very uncommon and only really happened when I would do something unintended to maneuver around the city. I also wish there was a bit more content as I only beat the game in around 4 or 5 hours, but I still think the content within it is just about plenty considering there are a few additional hours needed for 100%. Overall, I find this game to be a nice time and I recommend it if you're looking for something simple, fun, and relaxing.

This is one of the best shooters and cooperative-based online games I've ever played. I love the controls, how chaotic everything is, the comedy, the music, the abilities and the energy of the game as a whole. I only wish that someone else published it because many things can go wrong if an online game like this is put in the hands of a massive publisher like this one. We've seen it before already, we could potentially see it again. This issue aside, I highly recommend you check this game out. It is easily one of my favorites of this year so far, no question.

One of the best short games I've played no question. I do kinda wish it went on for longer but at the same time the contents within are more than worth the $1 price tag. The 2D platforming is simple but effective throughout and there's nothing too challenging. The anxiety mechanic is done fantastically and the way it functions throughout each scene is very fitting. On top of this, the dialogue options with each character you talk to throughout simulate social anxiety very well. The voice acting for this is also not bad considering the small team behind this project. My only real complaint is that there is no way to adjust the sound effects for pressing a button in the menu or moving the mouse by it. No matter what audio sliders you adjust in the menu, there's no way to change the audio of these specific sound effects. If any of the devs see this review, I would love to see that fix be made. Thank you.

The idea of a platformer where you must control two characters to traverse across shadows is very neat. I don't recall any platformers that do anything similar. While I enjoy what this game does, however, I feel it is far too short at 20 minutes, especially given the two big issues I have with it which I've listed below.

Firstly, the game takes up around 5 GB total, which is surprising considering how simple and short this game is. I'm not sure what assets or resources are taking up this large amount of space but whatever it is, I feel this game could've been compressed easily into at most 1 GB.

Second, the current asking price of $5 is just a bit too much considering the total playtime in my opinion. If this game had more levels than what there is now, then I think it would be much more worth it.

Overall while I like the premise and the way it is presented, I can only really recommend you play this game when it goes on sale.
