There's such a thing as one-sided latency. I've seen it in Souls games. Fromsoft uses the same godawful netcode for all their games.

You're in for a surprise if you think mine is the worst you've seen. You should've know how wacky netcode problem in this game is. My shot literally go through you and my HMMR does the same sometimes.

Moreover, connection problem affect both players, which you seem to not know about.
