Once again everyone, have to apologize for the long absence. We are moving into a new place but once that is done I should be back without problems!

Hello everyone, sorry for the long absence. It was caused by our next door neighbor having set his house on fire and the fire marshall cut power to the entire neighborhood. The power is slowly being restored and I do have internet though its not very reliable as they are still doing repairs and cut the power frequently to do so.
