The harder you climb, the more furious you are when conditions feel sticky 💪 But to be honest? If the weather conditions do not feel prime, I don't walk out the door. My body is like a perfect sensor for climbing conditions 😎 Over the years, I have learned to know my physical reactions to the conditions. If everything is prime, I just become so fresh, energetic, and powerful. It is like knowing: “Yes, I have been given a chance to climb in perfect conditions. Let's take advantage. Oh my god, this is going to be so much fun!" Why the hell is it that important? 🙏

Well, the harder you climb, the poorer holds you are grabbing onto 😅 When the conditions are bad, the grips are uncomfortable and climbing feels like a huge fight.
