Bobert Wiltingham III grew up in what you would call a "privileged" family, living in the Richman suburbs. His parents, Martha and Bobert II, lived a lavish lifestyle, consisting of business meetings, golf tours, and stays at the Hyatt Hotel for frequent "business" trips. Bobert went through the private school system until the 8th grade, in which he transferred to the public school system on his own regard. Bobert's parent's were not happy with his decision to do so, but were supportive as they gave Bobert whatever he desired.

During High School, Bobert was often clowned due to his upbringing, and being part of a wealthy family. This caused Bobert to go on a downward spiral. During his Sophomore year of High School, he engaged in illegal activities and smoked Marijuana. Soon after, Bobert would be seen at a the local High School parties doing lines of cocaine off the couch cushions. Bobert soon transitioned from a stuck-up rich boy, to a modern day hood rat.

After High School, Bobert's parents noticed the lifestyle he was living, and no longer supported him and kicked him out the house. Bobert moved to Ganton, Los Santos, to stay with his friend "Javier", and his six brothers and and sisters in the Ganton projects. This is where Bobert gets his taste and begins his time in Los Santos.
