I use this equipment in the comfort of my home. I am really happy with the construction and quality of the machine. This machine offers more exercise options than I can count. You can use this machine to focus on every muscle group and you can easily adjust the intensity for your skill or fitness level. The equipment comes with a DVD that explains some of the set-up requirements and also features the exercises available to perform on the machine, and explains the various alternate exercises from each position. You don't have to be a gym rat or professional bodybuilder to use this machine. This machine can be used as part of a rehab program or even for entry level fitness programs.
