Overall a really fun game. The mechanics are for the most part fun and enjoyable.

My only nitpicks so far are the racing mini games and some of the monster mechanics.

For the racing mini games the biggest issue is collision. I constantly find myself clipping the corners of the tiniest pieces of the environment.

The monster mechanics issue just comes from the fact that there are a few bosses/monsters that become damn near unkillable unless you take them out right away. This is mostly from the stacking of armor and regen. I've had a few enemies get up into the 30 to 60 range on both mechanics separately. All within about 4 or 5 turns. It wouldn't be so bad if their health was a touch lower. I don't mind enemies getting big buffs but I just wish it would take a touch longer. Because like I said after a few turns it becomes a war of attrition that you have no hope of winning.

Overall I enjoy the game but those are my two major nitpicks.

Overall I like the game and the mechanics, the movesets and spells are fun but I just can't progress due to one small issue. Not enough healing. It would be one thing if the Anima just did flat healing but having the health as a two tier system kinda makes anything less than Golden Anima worthless. Since if you're at half health and you can only go back to half health just one good hit from a boss will take you out. If there were more ways to get Anima I'd have no issue but at this point I'm just banging my head again the wall that is the second set of bosses. By the time I get to them I'm at low enough health that anything less than perfect play is instant death. And this is on normal difficulty.
So overall charming game but I feel with some better ways to manage health it would be a good game to sit down and grind in. If you like playing games where you have to basically go no hit till each boss then you'll enjoy this game.

The game is fun but every now and again the controls go weird. When I use my mouse it selects either the thing below or the thing to the far left of my curser.

I really love this game. My only problem is the Prison Depths area. I can't get past it. I keep dying to enemies that just show up out of nowhere. While I think that it's a cool mechanic I think there should be a little bit of a warning. Like having the spot shimmer or something. Cause I'll think I've gotten all the enemies only to have like 3 or 4 more pop out. Otherwise it's a really awesome game.
