As a person that's a fan of survival genre of game I can say that Rust is at the top of my list for those survival games. Rust takes a double edged sword to another level, it's fun but it also hurts when you lose everything to a wipe day raid (Right after you log off) (`-')...
Having nearly 1,500 hours into Rust at the time of this review I can say that Rust is worth the money.
Rust will give you hours of enjoyment and a hella good time with friends, whats this? You don't have any friends well that's okay to just go explore the world of Rust and you are bound to make some! Just be careful as not everyone is so nice. That's the thing with Rust is the players are people and these people are gamer people, gamer people will be gamer people, and will do gamer people things.
Oh and if you get tired of Vanilla Rust there are plenty of modded servers out there for you to try all the way from Zombies trying to kill you to raid simulators so you can get that good old base defense practice in.
