@CAS I manually textured and UV edit them, except the head since it has separate materials for the skin and eyes. UV edit is to make the polygons fit into the texture I'm going to paint it on.

How did you open DRG's character(dwarf) texture file in Blender?
I looked into every files but there wasn't tga format for skins.
It was all .mat and some weird .props.txt file.
Did you manually textured every bodypart?
Anyway, Rock and Stone, your artworks are rly cool.

With previous experience with sfm the way I pose the camera and build the scene hasn’t changed much (mainly the lighting has changed). Getting the models into blender, well I use:https://steamproxy.net/groups/BlenderSourceTools , https://steamproxy.net/groups/CrowbarTool , and https://valvedev.info/tools/vtfedit/ . These three programs/addons let me extract models/textures from gmod and sfm.

For others things I just look up on youtube for tutorials :https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjEaoINr3zgEq0u2MzVgAaHEBt--xLB6U , and other specific things/problems.
