W tej wybornej gierce możemy bawić się samotnie napierd4lając sie blue berriesami, ale znacznie większą frajdą jest rozkurw1anie ludzi pociągiem. W tym momencie przeciwnik ginie lub rage quituje. Wracając do tematu gracze na serwerze mają za zadanie wspierać się w walce z bekaszlokami, albo walczyć przeciwko temu jednemu ruskiemu dzieciakowi, by wykradać co lepsze przedmioty z ekwipunku ruskiego małego cwel4. Unturned zawiera też wiele smaczków czy easter eggów, m.in. ten z analstazją i grubym piratem z niedokrwieniem mózgu, albo ten który zawiera broń o nazwie Shadowstalker MK2 który jest op niczym zygzak na torze. brotak.
