In all aspects of work, YmSad_ is not satisfied unless achieving the highest standards. Works relentlessly to improve skills and knowledge, and the quality of work output. When ideas are challenged by others, YmSad_ listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. Question-marks over physical fitness and may not be ready at this time for a physically demanding job. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, YmSad_ sometimes fails to complete the task because unprepared to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Or completes the task, but with some serious flaws.
