Truly Amazing game I've been playing with 1 hand

I can’t express how The Binding of Isaac: Repentance is straight-up peak gamer-core unhinged energy. This game? It's not just a roguelike—it’s a whole vibe shift that grabs you by the throat and whispers, "You thought it was chill? Nah, it’s pain time, bestie."

First run, you’re like, "Yo, lowkey, I’m kinda cracked at this. Got that Isaac rizz fr." Then you hit a room with like 20 spiders moving at Mach 10, and the game hits you with "ratio + you fell off + skill issue." No item room, no coins, just L’s on top of L’s. It’s giving "dark souls but squishy and sad."

The RNG? Absolutely feral. One second, you’re bussin’ with Godhead and Spoon Bender, and then—BAM!—you pick up Cursed Eye and the game’s like, "Oops, all mid. Pay that Fanum tax, clown." And don’t even start on Tainted Lost. That dude? Hardcore villain arc energy. Zero survivability, all vibes. Meanwhile, Tainted Jacob is basically "what if anxiety had legs and hated you personally."

Boss fights? Straight disrespectful. Mother shows up like, "You think you’re HIM?" and claps you into the shadow realm. The Beast? "Try again when you’re built different." Even the simple rooms are out here giving final boss vibes just because. It’s so chaotic it feels like the whole game was coded in Ohio.

But the real kicker? You finish a run, you’re salty, and then your brain hits you with "one more for the content." You’re basically edging the whole time—like, just give me Brimstone already! Meanwhile, this game’s so wild it feels like you’re stuck in a TikTok rizz party where everyone’s pulling insane moves, and you’re just standing there getting ratioed by spiders and troll bombs.
Repentance is chaos, it’s tears, it’s trauma—and it’s lowkey the GOAT. Certified gamer poison, 10/10, would cry over Brimstone again. GYATT—because every time you think you’re safe, this game hits you with a massive boss fight or cursed room so wild it makes you audibly go, "GYAAAAAT, chill!"
