its also got the workshop so go ham on that.

This is my third revised review for the game. Both before were negative and within the span of a year and a half. I feel like people go to far saying the game is ruined. Maybe it wasnt what it was before but look at what it is now. RC is more creative now, you can bring anything into a battle (build it decently) and do well. We have colours now, and of course rudimentary tiers back which I like and the tech tree (INCREASE THE TECH POINTS REQUIRED). But srsly I know how to get rid of drones and not annoy everyone. Get rid of camera controls, I never really cared for them anyway. I never had a super strong connection to tiers but I feel a way to make the game better is giving that, "This little TDM feels like a war zone" feel. The tiny maps now and 5 player matches are just so small. I want 10 players each team and the big maps and of course. NO AUTO-HEAL. (This would also bring back healers and get rid of crappy meta) I cant explain myself properly but something about the new RC feels different in a good and bad way than the old.

Yes I can reccomend this game. But take it with a grain of salt.

Coming back to see the game after a couple of months, a fresh look aaaaaaaand nothing. I knew it wouldnt be to much different, but its just been so long im disappointed due to what i knew what this game was like back in 2015, a true gem of orginality and a thriving community. I cant fathom the words of the nostalgia i look back upon but of course it wont be achieved. It just isnt fun, its the same old thing for the last couple of years, and the tiers dont feel like they do anything because there arent as many as there were which gave it a lot of 'filling' it made the game feel more fleshed out and not so tight and compact. the guns are just once again unbalanced and boring. the battles are a lot worse than they used to be and once again, boring, it feels like the same thing every time, the little conditions dont spice it up very much at all. The maps are far to small and i'd like to note in some of the battles you can barely see which i dont appreciate (but that is my opinion). But of course the building is almost as great as it once was, an almost perfect freedom, but i do wish they'd get rid of infinite parts because it doesnt give you much of a goal which there are already very few in RC.

It just isnt very fun.
