While the early game combat leaves a bit to be desired, the new form of combat is overall fun when you add more party members. The story is interesting with many mysteries and bits of humor throughout the game. The animation is often smooth and brings life to the main characters. My two major complains would be that the overworld sprites for all enemies is just a dogoo, despite there being a large cast of enemies. Also, the game doesn't tell you were objectives are, leading to me just wandering around the area until I find them.

This game is overall fun, especially since now it's on sale. It's nothing special, but an overall enjoyable experience.
