This game has to be one of the greatest games I have ever experienced in my life.
Everything about it is great, and I mean everything.

You have not played a SINGLE videogame until you've seen the graphics in Ricochet. I mean, the little discs that you can fire three times before reloading have the biggest poly-count than anything recent on the online videogame e-commerce site Steam. And, you wouldn't believe this: when a disc hits a slanted wall, it ricochets. The futuristic physics simulations in this game are unreal and it is unbelievable that such precise ricochet and gravity mechanics could exist in a game made for the personal computer.

The mechanics in the game are amazing too. The powerups are capable of shifting the tide of battle in one team's favour. They completely upend how one really experiences Ricochet and they add an unprecedented skill ceiling onto an already challenging game. For example, you would frantically have to make the split-second decision whether to take the powerup "Fast Shot" or "Power Shot", both having their advantages and disadvantages to boot. If that wasn't enough, then it should also be noted that you can even mix powerups together! That's right, you can combine TWO powerups to make the most out of your three available shots.

Overall, it should just be stated that not buying this game is a sin against the gaming community and you are really missing out without Ricochet. If you have the money for it in your bank account, just get it, no 'ifs' or 'buts', regardless whether or not that money will help you pay your bills off, if you don't have Ricochet, you aren't a true gamer.
