DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME WITHOUT PLAYING THE STICK OF TRUTH
If you want to know my opinion on the south park franchise go read my stick of truth review.

Like the previous game I recommend it 100% this games jokes are not quite as funny to me but that being said comedy is subjective. I have put around $70 for this game and all the dlc and i don't regret any of it this game improves on in my opinion the only 2 flaws of the previous game: the length and the gameplay. it is still turn based like the previous game but it puts a really nice tactical twist on it and makes combat insanely fun. Also the story along with the dlcs is 25 HOURS LONG. That is a huge improvement over the 15 of the stick of truth.
I love this game and I give it a 9/10 because everything was great but the comedy fell a little too short

South Park™: The Stick of Truth™ 35 hours later... [NO SPOILERS]

If you are a die-hard fan of the south park series BUY THIS GAME NOW. If not let me explain why this game deserves 35 hours of gameplay and 2 entire playthroughs. This game takes a simple approach to gameplay, its turn based combat "But turn based rpgs are boring i don't like those games." 1st off that's your opinion and is not objectively correct personally i love turn based rpgs. But that's not the main focus of this game the main focus is the story and the comedy that is the story. when i bought this game i was just looking for a cheap game to waste like 5 hours on i had never watched south park in my life and never planned on it. That changed within 5 minutes of playing the game i was instantly hooked by the constant jokes and insults by the kids of south park elementary it reminded me of me and my friends and gave me more jokes and insults to throw at them. The never ending comedic value of this game made me interested in the story which brought me back to my childhood of playing with toys and pretending to battle it out in midevil times with my friends.
I was actually invested in the characters and their abilities/downfalls that everyone insulted. The creative genius of Matt Stone and Trey Parker is shining throughout all 15-ish hours of the story and i cherished every bit of it there is so much replay value and secrets to find in this game and i can happily say this game is what made me a die-hard south park fan. After playing this game for the first time i watched all 21 seasons of the show and went back and played this game and the sequel. This game is 100% recommended by me and gets a 9/10 because i feel like it ended just a little too short.
