A Park Falls hardware store's automatic doors kept opening and shutting on Sunday.

This was because a stray chicken was pecking on the salt outside.

Park Falls True Value brought in the chicken and kept it inside a box.

They contacted the police but no one has claimed the chicken.

A True Value employee took home the chicken to care for it.
