As an avid horror game enjoyer this game was done really well, jump scares didn't feel overly scripted. Atmosphere felt a bit dark in some areas of the house which wasn't a major issue as it was more corners and i could've played in the dark. Chat integration was fun I wish there was an explanation on the twitch select page but overall so well done.

10/10 game for a really good price I hope there are more cabins in future!!

As a backrooms fanatic I would love to give this a good review because it looks amazing and it seems like it gives you the backrooms feel without having a bunch of jump scares/monsters to hide from but ultimately while playing the head bob gives me the worst motion sickness and I can't find an option to turn it off.

I started playing Monster Hunter a few months ago not thinking Id be as invested as I am now in it. While the games optimization is not the best the community and game itself makes up for that.

The scenery and music is amazing for all the monsters and areas, the fights are well balanced (who doesn't love dying over and over again to improve) I am not in any way shape or form a good gamer but this game is one I don't mind struggling in to improve and get better.

The community is also super wholesome and welcoming from the start people were helpful and excited that i just wanted to give this game a try so no matter how long the game has been out theres always people out ther still enjoying it and still excited to see new players. Its also a perfect time to get into the games considering the new one releases soon.

IS IT WORTH THE MONEY? ~no; I got this on sale and I am glad I purchased it for less as this game doesn't really have a 'replay ability' aspect unless you are going for achievements. From my understanding the ending you get is the only ending the game has. (kind of disappointing as it seems like there could be multiple endings)

Atmosphere is great in the game, it is scary, the sounds do put you on edge and the jump scares aren't always predictable. The story itself is decent but the puzzles at times aren't really....self explanatory I spent a few minutes trying to find something that I wouldn't get til end game but wasn't aware. But overall I really enjoyed the game and I think I'd try it again just for the achievements.

Played this for the first time last night, at first was really confusing even after the tutorial. Although after a first run through I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the puzzles and the banishing.

I did enjoy the fact we can come back either good or evil and that was fun! This game isn't the scariest after the first time but the puzzles make up for it. We saw 3 different kind of puzzles and they were pretty easy to figure out! I do enjoy that you're safe basically during the puzzle time although I'm not sure if its due to the level we played at or not. Very enjoyable I do recommend.

This game has great potential, the graphics the style of the home base and customization is all a great start although I have some points that I hope later get fixed in the game

~The grind needs to be easier in multiplayer, a friend and I played and I just happened to die when turning a corner and getting caught. You should be allowed to at least gain some XP off your partner getting the correct answer. (this is just personal opinion considering the amount you have to win just to unlock a second location).

~The loadout and shopping is a lot easier to manage than Phasmaphobia but without actually getting through the first location a few times you can't afford much.

~The scares can be repetitive, it would be nice for some of the stuff to be a little more random and less consistent as you can almost guarantee some of the scares will happen at certain times. The multiple ghosts in one location because of the little fun interactions can be a bit confusing (not sure if anyone else has experienced this but at one point we saw three different ghost figures at the same time during a hunt and it was a bit odd as we weren't sure who was aggro)

~The game audio is SUPER quiet so I would love for there to be a change in that. I normally run games quiet but I couldnt hear much of anything in this game.

~I played 4hrs and still couldn't get to exorcise the ghost so that's a bit frustrating as I would love to have a better idea of it all, I don't particularly like the fact you have to not only find the ghost type but finish the objectives before unlocking the ability to exorcise.

~Id love to change this when the game is out of early access and fully released as I do enjoy the game much more than phas so far but want more content available early on.

Played this with two of my friends, there definitely are some bugs that need to be worked on for multiplayer, the fact it has a save feature is awesome but my game would randomly crash towards the end and we'd have to start levels over because of this. (we weren't using in game mics either as we knew this was bugged) Overall the game is great, on occasion the only frustrating part was our bad luck but we survived after like 10hrs of gameplay and had fun. We got stuck for a long time on some levels. The monsters were great and overall the graphics and audio were good.

Bare in mind there are not really hints in this game so if you do not like solving puzzles this game is NOT for you. Lost my mind a bit but genuinely enjoyed it and would play it again if I had a new group that never experienced it before.

Story wise this game is an absolute must to play if your first experience with Dead Space was the remake, it still looks really great and the story is brilliant, the twists and betrayals and shock factor is an absolute pleasure.

The game was not the best running wise, it crashed a lot at the start. After I finally got it open though the game ran really well. STICK A NEEDLE IN YOUR EYE !!!

This was my first ever Dead Space game and I loved it, it was heavy on my PC when streaming so thats my only downside and I have a pretty beefy PC but storywise and visually this game was great. I was really invested 10/10 absolutely worth the price I cant compare it to the original but if you never played Dead Space this is a great game to just try and enjoy!!

Editing my past review as the game has improved a lot since, I personally enjoy this game a lot, I do wish the moth jelly spawned more as it is pretty random on who will pick it up in a group.

Other than that everything else is pretty simple, inventory space is good for most items (other than moth jelly imo but I guess multiple speed run attempts have made me want more), the smiley monster is a pain for sure as sometimes hes camping corners and you just turn right into him so I wish he wasn't able to spawn on you or on a corner that tight.

The game though is great for early access the secret levels are really fun too. Excited for future levels to be added!! For a simple game this provides a lot of fun for those running it multiple times with different groups testing your ability to work together. Right now my fastest time has been 46 min so I will keep trying for the shorter run.

If ur a streamer this game can be a lot of fun to stream and relax with friends while also the intensity of it being a bit spooky at times.

One flaw that needs to be fixed for sure is how if someone makes it through to an area first no one else can interact with the drawers this has happened multiple times to me and my friends.
