So far as I have played, been playing with my BF and multiplayer is amazingly coded. I hardly feel any lag despite having trashy wifi. The grinding is to be expected but maybe increase the amount of xp gained from working? Not to mention the movement in the game is smooth but feels slow, running feels like jogging.

One thing I will say about the game is how well and forgiving the pal spheres are. Also the game has such low catch rates with the basic Pal sphere. Then again it might just be me being bad at the game so who knows.

Please keep in mind when downloading/purchasing this game.


There are bound to be bugs and glitches or exploits. Do not just dump it because of those comparatively small problems.

This was technically my first entry into the Monster Hunter franchise and it has been a blast! Thanks to a friend I was able to experience this joy of a game. The monsters, the music, the environments. EVERYTHING! I hope that the next game keeps to the difficulty and world building that this game had.
