Looks like this dude tends to play with his friends quite often. Problem is, that he is really low skilled player and has his rank only thanks to them. I have the unfortunate opportunity to play with him, while he was trying "his best" to play ES. In 72 min game, he was out farmed and even out dmged by position 5 support. In the whole game, he was able to get only 1 good ulti. If you have a chance, try to avoid playing with him and his toxic friends
