is good gaem, but take while to learn

This game is absolutely amazing. I mostly play solo, so I only scratched the surface of this games potential, but what I did experience was mind blowing. A survival game set on an island with Dino's and prehistoric creatures, amazing game mechanics and beautiful graphics. Ark is probably one of my all time favorites

I have now played a bunch on official servers, and let me tell you it is WAY better than singleplayer. working together with a tribe of other players is extremely satisfying, as everything you build is earned through hard work. It is kinda grindy, on official it can take a while to build up to a relevant level, but when you do it feels earned, and that makes it worth the time.

I can't reasonably give this game a good review. the devs aren't that great, they focused on releasing expensive dlc before fixing their game and pvp (bolas aren't fun). not to mention the lack of action against meshing, and just general negligence. and for me, this game is addicting, and not in a good way. I know not everyone had the same experience as me, but ARK becomes a mindless grind; a job. it stops being fun but i had to keep playing. Dunno if they fixed the game since I deleted it, might be a game worth picking up on sale if you can handle endless grinds.
