MONIKA habitually plans and sequences own work but not that of others. Ensures that objectives are clearly established, and that work is systematically carried out in order to achieve the objectives. MONIKA enjoys working without supervision and always continues to carry out duties effectively. But also knows when a supervisor’s advice or authority is required, and seeks help at the appropriate time. In the face of setbacks or adversity will continue to pursue the objective, and doesn’t give up. But may not be able to inspire others to continue as well. Stays cool in an emergency, but needs help from others to take the right action quickly.
